About Jessica
Greetings, I'm Jessica, and my passion lies in the realm of holistic health, with a particular focus on Ayurveda.
The inception of Namaste Blends was a culmination of numerous dreams and a profound, life-altering experience. Ayurveda transformed not only my life but also the lives of those dear to me. My journey into holistic health commenced many years ago in my homeland, Mexico, where I was nurtured by the holistic wisdom passed down through generations by my grandparents.
Balancing the roles of a busy entrepreneur and a dedicated mom, I struggled with persistent health challenges for years. It wasn't until I hit rock bottom that Ayurveda entered my life. Thanks to the guiding principles of Ayurveda, complemented by yoga and meditation, I managed to make a remarkable turnaround in my physical and mental well-being. Today, I am thrilled to share the knowledge and insights I've gained with others.
My journey has been an evolving one, spanning from restaurant ownership to the depths of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine. An invaluable chapter in my story unfolded during my clinical training at the prestigious Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Hospital in Kerala, India, where I acquired profound knowledge of Ayurveda and Panchakarma.
Presently, I hold a Master of Science degree in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from MIU. My credentials also include a Texas Massage Therapy License, certification in Marma Therapy from CCA, Reiki Mastery, and a 200-hour YTT Hatha Yoga Certification. Additionally, my academic background features a major in Communication Technology and a minor in Business Administration from UTA.
My diverse skill set reflects my enduring commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in gardening, reading, practicing yoga, culinary exploration, and cherishing quality time with my son, husband, and our furry companions.

Greetings, I'm Eduardo, and I'd like to share my journey with you, delving into the world of teas and my profound appreciation for these healthful beverages.
My story commenced with a different beverage altogether – coffee. I was an ardent coffee enthusiast, with my focus firmly fixed on the world of beans and brews. However, a health scare turned my attention to tea and the wisdom of Ayurveda. When I fell ill, I found solace in the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner who introduced me to tea blends infused with herbs possessing benevolent properties that aided in my recovery. This experience not only rejuvenated my health but also ignited a shared passion for Ayurveda in my wife and me, inspiring us to explore the world of functional teas.
Armed with a blend of tea knowledge and a daily practice of Ayurveda, my wife and I embarked on a journey to craft a range of diverse herbal blends, each teeming with both delightful flavors and enriching properties for our bodies. Drawing from my background in hospitality and restaurateur experience, I harnessed the tools necessary to venture into the world of tea. This newfound passion drove me to pursue a Tea Sommelier Certificate, equipping us to curate a selection of over 30 unique blends. We sincerely hope you find joy in our creations!
Outside the realm of teas, I find delight in various pursuits, including biking, ping pong, music, and cherished moments spent with my son.
My qualifications include a Tea Sommelier Certificate from the Tea Association of Canada (TAC) program in Ontario, an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from UIA (Ibero) in Mexico City.
