Hello, I’m Jessica — founder of Namaste Blends.
My journey into herbal healing didn’t start as a business, but as a personal search for balance.
Raised in Mexico, I grew up surrounded by traditional herbal remedies, where healing was part of everyday life.
Years later, after facing my own health challenges, I returned to those roots — and Ayurveda became a turning point.
It helped me reconnect with my body, restore balance, and rediscover a deeper way of living.
Namaste Blends was born from that experience.
