About Jessica
Welcome! I’m Jessica, and my passion is holistic health, especially Ayurveda.
Namaste Blends was born from my dreams and a life-changing journey. Ayurveda transformed my life and the lives of my loved ones. My holistic health journey began in Mexico, inspired by the traditional wisdom passed down from my grandparents.
As a busy mom and entrepreneur, I faced ongoing health challenges. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation helped me reclaim my physical and mental well-being. Now, I’m excited to share this powerful knowledge with you!
From owning a restaurant to becoming an expert in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, my journey led me to train at Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Hospital in Kerala, India. I hold a Master’s in Ayurveda from MIU, a Texas Massage Therapy License, Marma Therapy certification, Reiki Mastery, and a 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification. My background in Communication Technology and Business Administration reflects my love for learning.
In addition to my professional life, I enjoy gardening, reading, cooking, yoga, and spending time with my family.

About Eduardo
Hi, I’m Eduardo, and I’d love to share my journey into the world of tea.
My story began with a love for coffee, but a health scare changed everything. Seeking recovery, I turned to Ayurveda and discovered the healing power of herbal teas. This experience transformed my health and sparked a passion for Ayurveda in both my wife and me. Together, we explored the world of functional teas.
With my background in hospitality and a Tea Sommelier Certificate, we created over 30 unique herbal teas for wellness, each offering delightful flavors and health benefits. We hope you enjoy our creations!
When I’m not blending teas, I enjoy biking, ping pong, music, and spending time with my son.
My qualifications include a Tea Sommelier Certificate, an MBA in Marketing, and a Bachelor’s in Business Management.
